The room was bigger than I expected, the bathroom was spacious, the bath itself nice, and it was fun to try skincare products from the selection downstairs. The bed was big, and I slept well.

The location was excellent. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and extremely helpful. There was a laundry room with a dryer and a microwave and an ice machine. The room was quiet and we had a great city view from the 9th floor. Overall, great value for money.

Breakfast is served at the cafe at the resturant, there were just a few options, however it worked well. The location of the hotel is optimal, we came for Iron Maiden concert and it worked pretty well. The amenities given we amazing!

The hotel has an excellent location next to two major train stations, a bus stop and shopping centre. Good sound proofing couldn't hear anythign with the windows closed and the staff were incredibly helpful. The cafe attached to the hotel was also really good food for a really good price.

Optimal location to visit both korankei and obara park , very nice and helpful staff to try to accommodate for a taxi to come back from korankei (at the end the only valid solution is to use the bus from Toyotashi station)

Room was very clean and comfortable, close to the train station and many places to eat. The breakfast was very limited, not alot of "Western" choices, but there was a McDonald's and Lawson within a short walk.

Modern style hotel with clean rooms and comfortable bed to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
